Late in the 1980’s William & Nancy Eiseman started working with a series of investors to build portfolios providing them financial security, ways to pay for retirement and college tuition and in some cases leave their jobs. During this period they also built their own real estate investment portfolio. In 1994, the Eisemans formed Castle Realty Associates, Inc. to further these goals.

Castle Realty has brokered hundreds of millions of dollars worth of real estate transactions and has extensive property management experience.

The firm has 3 employees in Milwaukee plus affiliated on-site personnel. Castle Realty Associates, Inc. has been performing professional property management services since it’s inception in 1994.
