He has effectively represented buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in over 500 transactions across Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. Bill's understanding of the industry, as well as his extensive sales background and knowledge of the local market, have led to his participation in over $300 million in commercial sales.

His extensive range of transactions include both the disposition and acquisition of office, industrial, R&D, and retail properties. Additionally, Bill has completed more than one million square feet of lease transactions in all areas of the industry.

Bill's significant transactions include the $6.35 million sale of a 190,000 square foot warehouse located at 101 Almgren Drive in Agawam, MA, an investment sale. the sale of the 84,000 square foot Potpourri Plaza for $7.1 million, and the tenant representation of MGM Springfield in the leasing of a 75,000 square foot warehouse.

Bill isn't all work and no play, however. In his free time, Bill enjoys watching and playing golf, reminiscing about his days on the United States Tae Kwon Do team, and summering in Groton Long Point, CT. Additionally, a lifelong resident of the area, Bill strives to give back to the community by serving as a member of the Longmeadow Board of Selectmen.
