Yuan-Sing Chang has been in commercial real estate starting from 2001 and started out with BT Commercial specializing in retail and office leasing/sales in the Bay Area. Yuan is also a LEED accredited professional and was involved with the first LEED certified hotel in California. Yuan has represented many tenants including: Red Ribbon Bakery, Taste of China, Randstadt , Kumon, Foxconn, Boiling Point, Kimco, Hilton Garden, Holiday Inn, and many others. Yuan is also the president for CAREA the Chinese American Real Estate Association, Loopnet, Costar, and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
