Description:

Actively looking to purchase an easement on any lease income streams pertaining to a telecommunication or billboard lease. Will consider locations all across the United States and Canada. We structure the transactions to purchase simply just the rental income streams, no fee simple interest on the properties - you will always remain the landlord and the ground position. We do not have to purchase these leases in perpetuity, and I can structure the transaction to have the lease income revert back to the landlord at the expiration of the easement (ex. 10 year easement).
