I have a client that would like to buy a property in NYC/Westchester. They have a building they want to sell and will exchange into another building. They are interested in multifamily, triple net, and industrial. If it is multifamily it needs to be relatively new construction and easy to manage. If it is triple net or industrial it must have a strong tenant and 10+ years left on the lease.
