Tenant must be credit rated with a corporate guarantee
No mom n pop shops, franchises, dollar stores, gas stations or anything of this nature
Ideally tenant would be GSA, medical offices, banks, or something that has investment grade rating with a guarantee.
My client does not have a budget for ticket price... can present deals as low as 5 million or as large as 500 million.
