- Embassy Suites, Hyatt House, Hyatt Place, Homewood Suites, Moxy, Residence Inn,
- SpringHill Suites, Tapestry, Tempo, Motto
- May be owner-managed, developable, or to-be-built improvements to enhance NOI.
