I have an immediate client need for a luxury Built-to-Rent (BTR) developer/construction company looking for:
• 30-45 Acres of Land (plan to build 6-8 units per acre – typically 175-250 units per project).
• Zoned: Commercial / multi-family allowed or able to rezone it if need be.
• South of Birmingham, AL near high-end suburbs (Vestavia, Hoover, Southeast). Jefferson or Shelby County that fit the following demos:
o 50,000+ Population with 5-7 miles radius
o $65,000+ HH income within 5-7 mile radius
o 10,000+ HHs earning $65k+ within 5-7miles radius
• Publix within 5-mile radius a must.
• Need all utilities to site but can deal with reasonable sewer outfall in necessary. (Confirm municipality has enough sewer capacity).
• Site’s topography obviously a consideration.
• All cash buyer!
