We are also able to assume unattractive debt or, alternatively, pay all cash and close quickly if that is a benefit to the seller. For all-cash purchases, we can do up to $30mm. For leveraged purchases, up to $100mm.

We are interested in listed and off-market properties alike. Though we have a brokerage, we are acting as principals for our own portfolio and do not look to participate in a co broke. Instead, we are interested in building long-term relationships with brokers such as yourselves.
