Lease Term: In general, single tenant lease terms should be at least 15 years remaining.
Transaction Size: Minimum of $1 million, per property, with no maximum
Purchase: All cash or will assume existing positive leveraged financing.
Submissions: Detailed submissions should include: property description, site plan, lease terms, photographs, tenant sales history (if applicable), tenant financial information, competition map and demographic report
