Market: Western US Markets (Seattle, Boise, Oregon, Salt Lake, Denver, Phoenix, Austin, Dallas, Houston)
Cap Rate: 6.0% or better
Client in 1031 Exchange. Single Tenant deals are ideal, but will consider multiple tenants with ease of management. Prefers credit tenants.

Type: Single Tenant Retail Building
Size: $6M - $7M
Market: Primary or Secondary US Markets
Cap Rate: 6.0% or better
Client in 1031 Exchange. Single Tenant Net Leased Retail deals are ideal. Prefers credit tenant and client likes Learning Centers as tenant.
