Our investment group is looking to acquire off market multifamily properties in MI, OH, and IN. Value add class B to C+ properties in A- to C+ areas. Vintage 60 to 90s , Occupancy 85% or better. Looking for properties that will yield 8-10+% + in yr 1 preferably. Min size 16-100+ doors. Metro areas, minimum population size of 50,000.
