Client WantDescription:
We are in full acquisition stage and looking for properties where the Seller will allow financing with the buyer paying 20 - 25% down in cash at close balance in a Note secured by SLOC from well known US Financial Institution. Buyer will pay market price / full price and close in 21 days. Note can be for 6 months to 2 years and buyer will arrange a subsidiary to buy the note after 90 days if the seller chooses.
