I work with a bank that has a R.E.I.T branch and we are looking to acquire assets within the United States, Some Caribbean Islands and Special projects in Panama.
The Islands will be judge on a case-by-case basis. The only thing we need is a synopsis and I can tell you if were interested. We will ONLY deal direct, if a NDA is needed we can accommodate. However, no broker chains.
