We’re excited to share a revamped Brevitas dealroom, making it easier than ever to message leads, manage transactions, and accept offers. These improvements are headlined by an online offers feature and an improved messaging experience. You'll have better visibility into what’s happening with listings, and more tools that support our continued commitment to deal management.
Offers
You'll now find an offers tab on each listing you've requested information on or any listings you're managing. This is a flexible feature that allows you to either submit a non-binding LOI or a standard purchase contract. Brevitas is providing a simple framework for you to send and receive offers, while still providing the flexibility to support any special terms needed.
Listing Activity Feed
For those of you managing listings on Brevitas, you'll now get valuable insights into who has serious interest in your property. The activity feed shows any document or listing views in real time. Additionally, we now report each event (view, click, etc.) and provide a location based heat-map to see where interest is coming from.
Updated Messaging Section
Instead of clicking into each individual dealroom to message a potential lead, you can now use the messages tab on any listing to see an aggregate of all of your active conversations. You can reply to messages and send documents to your leads from this one page.
