We're pleased to announce a major update with our Wants feature:
In Brevitas’ updated Wants Portal, you can now search, view, and track which properties other members are looking for, in real time. Whether it's a principal looking for their next investment, or a broker seeking a 1031 for a client - you can now quickly and easily review all member Wants on Brevitas.
If you have a listing that matches another member's Want, you’re now able to submit your deal to them privately via PDF / Document upload, or send them an existing listing you’ve already posted to the Brevitas marketplace.
