Perez began his career as a Top Producer at RE/MAX Horizons and RE/MAX Allegiance in Washington Metro. He subsequently worked for Saab Financial followed by Pinnacle Financial where he was Vice-President of Emerging Markets with over $144 million in annual sales. In 2009, Perez founded District One Properties, a modern real estate boutique based in Alexandria. Today, his company is known as District Partners: a next-generational platform servicing an extensive portfolio of homeowners and investors. The team is also substantially positioned in the global concierge market.
