The company primarily advised and transacted in the sale of off-market Institutional Investment grade assets in gateway cities that have high barriers to entry markets in the United States.

Mr. Cromartie has a Wealth of experience in forecasting the four basic returns of the Income-Stream, interpreting financial property analysis, underwriting and modeling discounted cash flows. Within the past 8 years, Mr. Cromartie has been involved in over $850M institutional real estate analysis and underwriting for his clients.

Drawing on a regular dialogue with an ever-expanding group of key decisionmakers in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Cromartie focuses on core, core plus, value-add opportunity real estate strategies for all real estate asset classes in California. Mr. Cromartie is responsible for sourcing properties for institutional buyers and wealth management clients.
