Prior to joining Capacity Commercial, Ashton spent three years building the investment sales infrastructure and market presence at NAI Elliott. Before NAI Elliott, Ashton two years at a boutique retail investment firm in Portland, Oregon as both an associate and research analyst. Ashton began his career supporting institutional sales teams at two different national brokerage companies in the Portland Metro area. Through careful observation and active listening, Ashton has attained invaluable skills and the ability to assess ad hoc strengths and weaknesses of investment properties. His financial and research background coupled with the experience of a proven track record allow him to provide a specialized level of service that is customized to best suit his clients’ needs.
