Britt Gillespie is a Multifamily Investment Sales Advisor, working in all aspects of the brokerage of multifamily investments in the Carolinas, including principal relationships, effective due diligence management, and keeping his finger on the pulse of the quickly evolving multifamily markets.

Britt is no stranger to commercial real estate, having first entered the field in 2003 in Phoenix, Arizona. Beginning his career in commercial land sales, including annexation and rezoning processes in multiple municipalities, he spent five years with the top multifamily investment sales team at Newmark Knight Frank. During this time, his team successfully closed 3,000+ units for more than $140 million. To date, he has been a part of more than $450 million in successful commercial real estate transactions.

Britt serves on the Board of Directors for United Housing Connections, a non-profit organization dedicated to Housing-First eradication of homelessness, Appalachian Council of Governments, and Prisma Baptist Easley Hospital Foundation.

On the home front, Britt is an avid baseball fan, dog lover, hiker, and auto aficionado. He proudly supports Prisma Baptist Easley Hospital Foundation and American Legion Post 52, Easley in honor of his father’s military service.
