Charlotte Hollkamp, CCIM is a seasoned commercial real estate agent and the managing partner at Nexus Commercial Advisors in Louisville, KY. With over 12 years of expertise in the industry, she specializes in retail, office, light industrial, self-storage, and investment properties. Throughout her career, Charlotte has successfully represented property owners, investors, and tenants of varying sizes-from national private real estate investment firms to local businesses-helping them with acquisition, disposition, and site selection.


Born and raised in Louisville, Charlotte earned her degree in Business Management from the University of Kentucky. She began her career in commercial real estate in 2012 and co-founded Nexus Commercial Advisors in 2016. Charlotte is actively involved in leadership roles on the Board of Directors for several real estate organizations, including the Kentucky Chapter of CCIM.
