Bio
David Piotrowski joined Keller Williams Realty Partners in 2018 and later that year became a member of KW Commercial, the commercial real estate division of Keller Williams. As part of KW Commercial, David advises clients across a full range of commercial transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and tenant representation. He is licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin and works with clients throughout the greater Chicagoland area and Southern Wisconsin.
In today’s ever-changing commercial real estate market, David believes success requires adaptability, forward-thinking strategy, and diligent execution. His track record reflects an ability to deliver results for clients through multiple market cycles, including challenging conditions. David’s steady, relationship-driven approach has positioned him among a select group of commercial real estate professionals who consistently achieve optimal outcomes by leveraging deep market knowledge and a broad network of qualified investors.
David’s foundation in real estate began early, working alongside his parents on their apartment building, which was later exchanged into a motel in Wisconsin. At just 24 years old, David purchased his own apartment building and successfully increased its value through hands-on management and strategic improvements. Recognizing the long-term value of real estate investing, he pursued formal education and earned his real estate license in 2012.
He later joined a national real estate firm specializing in multifamily investments, where he worked closely with investors to acquire, lease, and reposition properties. Since then, David has been actively involved in leasing apartment, retail, and office properties, as well as assisting investors with the purchase and sale of multifamily, office, and retail assets throughout Illinois and Wisconsin.
David is a past Chair and current member of the Commercial Alliance for Mainstreet Realtors, reflecting his commitment to leadership, collaboration, and advancing the commercial real estate industry. He is also bilingual, fluent in both English and Polish, allowing him to effectively serve a broader and more diverse client base.
David’s primary focus is ensuring his clients maximize the value of their real estate—applying the same disciplined approach and investment mindset that has guided his own success.
