Derrick began his career in 2003 as a property manager, where he was responsible for managing several office, retail and industrial properties around the metro area. While gaining valuable knowledge as a property manager, he transitioned his skills into Sales and Leasing.

Derrick has over 13 years of experience working as an agent for both Landlords and Tenants. He is also an active partner in two retail/office buildings in Cottage Grove, MN where he has gained valuable knowledge as a developer and a leasing agent on a ground up construction project. His knowledge as a property manager, leasing agent and Landlord gives him a unique skill set that is valuable to Landlords and tenants alike. Derrick has a degree in Community Development from St. Cloud State University.
