Background & Experience
His professional career of negotiation, client service, fairness and marketing began before his entry into real estate. As regional head of motion picture distribution in Cincinnati and Chicago he dealt with cinema owners for the contracted release of hundreds of films in as many Midwest theaters. With the transfer of entertainment branches to the West coast he entered the commercial real estate field.
