James Karrat, Esq., joined Berger Commercial Realty in 2018, as a sales associate. James is a native Floridian and currently lives in Broward County.

Prior to working at Berger, James practiced law for 11 years, starting as an Assistant State Attorney in the 17th Judicial Circuit, and later as a civil litigator in real estate.

Education
James studied at George Washington University and Graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts. He received his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University, and was awarded the Ken Feldman Pro Bono Service Award.
