Jared Kaye is an accomplished and seasoned real estate professional serving as Senior Vice President at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™. Jared’s areas of specialization include the investment sales of single-tenant net lease assets and small to mid-sized strip centers, sale-leasebacks and portfolio dispositions, and capital facilitation.
Prior to Matthews™, Jared was a First Vice President of Investments and Senior Director within Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group. During his 12-year tenure there, he formed a partnership with Sonny Molloy, which continues today at Matthews™. Together, their transactional volume exceeds $2.9 billion, with closed transactions across 29 states. Additionally, they have assisted in facilitating more than $500 million in capital for various developers, tenants, and principal clients.
Jared is both client-centric and relationship-driven in his approach to working with clients. He leverages cutting-edge resources, market research, market expertise, and a principle-style approach to provide his clients with the highest level of advisory services. He prides himself on embodying the core practice of first gaining a clear understanding of each client’s objective and then applying a tailored solution to execute.
Jared graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a specialization in Real Estate. He maintains real estate licenses in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina and is an active International Council of Shopping Centers member. He is actively involved in the Atlanta Jewish community and was recognized as “40 Under 40” in 2022. During his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Hannah, and his children, Caleb, Ari, and Maren, supporting the Florida Gators and playing golf and tennis.
