Jerry has almost two decades of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and is an essential part of why Mathias Partners' clients have come to value our services. He specializes in commercial leasing and sales transactions for office, retail and industrial products. He also has extensive experience in site selection and investment sales throughout the southwest United States.

Jerry has developed a diverse knowledge and expertise, covering virtually the full spectrum of the commercial real estate sale and leasing fields. He has a proven track record of saving clients time and money on their commercial real estate purchases, sales and leases.

A lifelong Austinite, Jerry is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the Commercial Brokers Associates (CBA.)
