Jesse’s knowledge of market trends and expertise in financing, development, and joint ventures has resulted in successful transactions totaling 2,000 multifamily units and over $350 million dollars across the United States.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Jesse contributes to civic and governmental organizations through membership in the National Multi-Housing Council, Central City Association of Los Angeles, and the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce. He is also a supporter of several Los Angeles area nonprofits
