With his broad knowledge and experience in the commercial real estate industry, Joshua brings a unique approach to his leadership within the Chicago office to guide, develop, and train agents entering the industry.

Prior to Matthews™, Joshua was a senior member of Marcus & Millichap for one of the highest-producing investment sales teams in New York. Joshua focused on the acquisition, disposition, and financing of multifamily properties in Manhattan, specifically leading the team efforts for the west side.
