Born and raised in the El Paso, Texas/Cd. Juarez, MX metroplex and a 3rd generation El Pasoan. Attended Texas Western College (now the University of Texas at El Paso).
Married for 42 years with children and grandchildren and most family living in Texas.
Member of the Rotary Club of El Paso for over 15 years and have served on various boards, committees to help our community and always representing the Rotary tenet of "Service Above Self".
