Located in NAI Capital’s Orange County office, Mariko has an extensive real estate background. She has been in commercial real estate for 17 years and prior to that she worked in the escrow and mortgage industries. Mariko focuses her business on office sales and leasing with an emphasis on medical properties. Mariko is currently involved in several medical projects as well as a large build to suit opportunity at the Tustin Legacy totaling over 55 acres.

Professional Associations & Designations
Mariko has been active in all areas of the Southern California’s real estate industry, as well as an active member of the Irvine Chamber, board member of OC Professional Women and former mentor for Newport Harbor High School. She formerly served on the Costa Mesa Westside Improvement Committee, a group working to redevelop specific areas of the west side of Costa Mesa and has volunteered her time to the Alzheimer’s Association.
