Marsha Oliver Whisenhunt joined eXp Commercial in October 2021. Marsha brings with her over 25 years of residential and commercial real estate experience.  Having a Broker License for many years has given Marsha many opportunities in the real estate industry, such as working with franchised companies, starting and developing her own company, Mountain Lakes Real Estate and owning a ReMax Real Estate franchise. Marsha is focused on top-notch customer service, team development, unprecedented standards for people-oriented transactions, and training new team members. She is currently a candidate for the CCIM designation, one of the most prestigious educations a commercial broker can acquire and has her CRS, CRB, and SRES designations furthering her knowledge and understanding of the industry. 
Marsha graduated from Jacksonville State University with a degree in Psychology.  She is a believer and promoter in our community. She has one son and two step daughters, and all enjoy water activities such as wakeboarding, tubing, and floating.  College football and basketball are tops on the family list, also!
