Meghan Byrne serves as an Associate for Coldwell Banker NRT. Her main focus is in multifamily properties throughout Florida, with a special focus in Central and North East Florida including St. Augustine, Jacksonville and Orange Park.

Ms. Byrne has helped develop and construct office, retail, residential, and land developments in Volusia County, Florida and the surrounding areas. One of the most notable developments for the construction firm she worked for was Destination Daytona and the Daytona Auto Mall.
