As part of The Kim Rock Group at Keller Williams, Michael specializes in the acquisition, sale, and repositioning of commercial and mixed-use properties, with a particular focus on business-backed real estate, income-producing assets, and owner-operator opportunities. Before transitioning fully into commercial real estate, Michael spent more than 20 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, where he worked closely with owners to launch, grow, and stabilize successful concepts. That experience shaped his strengths in leadership, operations, recruiting, financial analysis, negotiations, and strategic planning—skills that now directly benefit his real estate clients.

Michael is also a Managing Partner of Align Hospitality Solutions, a hospitality consulting, staffing, and executive leadership firm.
