I am a Chicago-based commercial real estate broker, advisor, and consultant specializing in investment sales, leasing, asset disposition, and advisory services for government agencies, municipalities, land banks, nonprofit organizations, lenders, and private investors. My work focuses on complex and mission-driven commercial real estate assignments that require both market expertise and strategic execution.
As the Founder and Managing Broker of MoHall Commercial & Urban Development, I lead brokerage and consulting engagements involving bank-owned and lender-controlled assets, municipal and public-sector real estate portfolios, redevelopment sites, underutilized commercial properties, and institutional-grade investment opportunities. My experience spans retail, multifamily, medical office, industrial, land, special-use facilities, and mixed-use assets throughout Chicago and key Midwest markets.
