Paul joined Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in 2008 and has over 25 years of experience, specializing in Business Brokerage and Commercial real estate. Paul has a B.A degree in Accounting and Finance from Hofstra University with a very solid finance and tax background.
Prior to moving to Florida he was a top producing New York Real Estate Broker and the Founder of one of the largest real estate offices - Nationmark Realtors with 2 branches and main office in Bayside, New York focusing on residential, business and commercial real estate.
Since joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Paul has listed and sold many businesses and commercial real estate properties including restaurants, shopping centers and real property sites with businesses and successfully Brokered and sold one of the largest Restaurant businesses and Beachfront properties in Southwest Florida. Large or small Paul brings a high degree of integrity and professionalism with every transaction.
