Sheryl has been in real estate since 2017, working with many investor clients to build their portfolio, and working with developers to create mixed use spaces. She joined the commercial side of real estate, specializing in restaurants, as her 30 years experience in restaurants leads her to guide clients with the knowledge they need from their trusted broker. Sheryl is a business broker as well, working toward her Certified Business Intermediary, and possesses a CEPA designation, Certified Exit Planning Advisor. She works with business owners, to build value in the business before they are ready to sell. Sheryl has been on several podcasts, created courses for new agents, and has a book currently being sold on Amazon, “Business Selling Insights”. Sheryl sits on the MLS Committee and the Membership Committee with CVBBA.
