Suzanne Athey is a native Texan who has watched Dallas and surrounding areas grow for more than 55 years. With more than 27 years experience in sales, leasing, property management, and being a real estate broker Suzanne has also received the prestigious CRS designation. As a Certified Residential Specialist she is among only 5% of the Realtors in the United States that have received this designation. Other designations would include GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), RPM (Residential Property Manager) from the National Association of Residential Property Managers, MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert, and C-CREC (Consumer Certified Real Estate Consultant) from the National Association of Real Estate Consultants. This is her professional commitment to stay abreast of the ever changing real estate industry.

Suzanne exhibits her commitment to the Metroplex real estate market by her active participation in several professional organizations. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Greater Dallas Association of Realtors, The Lakecities Association of Realtors and was the 1994 and 2004 President of the National Association of Residential Property Managers Dallas Chapter.
