Tisha Dadd has been an active licensed Realtor® for 28 years in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Delaware, Florida, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Most recently, she established and managed a successful brokerage in Amelia Island, Florida. She designed and oversaw both new construction and renovation projects in resort communities in addition to listing and selling real estate and handling both short- and long-term vacation rentals.
In addition to earning her Broker's license, she also went on to obtain the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations as well as the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification. She has received numerous awards since being named “Rookie of the Year” nearly three decades ago, including both Top Producer and Multi-Million Dollar Producer.
A native of Western New York, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® as well as both the St. Croix Board of Realtors and the Virgin Islands Territorial Association of REALTORS®.
