Upper-midscale to Upscale, 3 or 4 stars.
Major tourist destinations with easy flow-in and flow-out facilities.
Preferred locations on the beach and in major metropolitan cities.
Other preferences: i) fee simple ownership, ii) the property may be either unencumbered or encumbered with a strong Hotel Management Agreement in place. Iii) Seller’s participation is encouraged to make innovative sales attractions.
