Bio
Bo Henderson is an Associate with CBRE's investment property sales group, focusing on the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties, including strip centers, urban redevelopment sites, and single-tenant net-leased assets. Bo joins the retail investment team of Alex Kozakov, Patrick Wade, Matthew Greenberg, and Jack Webber, who have developed one of the most prominent Capital Market platforms in Southern California. Headquartered in Los Angeles, this allows the team to access a broad and diverse base of capital including high net worth private, foreign, institutional, pension fund, and 1031 exchange investors. Their team is committed to providing the best-in-class transaction execution, advisory services, and pride themselves on their high level of expertise and specialization. In doing so, the team has closed more than $2.2 Billion across 300+ transactions.
Bo graduated with a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he earned Big West academic honors throughout his playing career as a member of the Mustang’s baseball team.
Prior to joining CBRE, Bo served as a business development representative for King Energy Services, a commercial solar company that focuses on providing financially beneficial energy solutions to owners of multi-tenant shopping centers, strip malls, industrial complexes, and office buildings. Prior to that experience, Bo was an intern with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he specialized in multifamily properties throughout Southern California. Bo currently resides in Redondo Beach where he enjoys all things outdoors, including surfing, golfing, and endurance training.
