Patrick Wade co-leads an Investment Property sales team based in Downtown Los Angeles, representing clients in acquisition and disposition of retail properties throughout the Western Region, including strip centers, anchored centers and single-tenant net-leased assets. To complement his investment practice, Patrick has extensive experience in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and sale-leaseback transactions. He leverages this knowledge to provide clients with strategic solutions to meet their goals. In 2006, Patrick teamed with Alex Kozakov, and since then he has listed and sold more than $1 Billion of retail investment property in 30 states.
