I’m a 30-year civil engineer specializing in site development with the last several years focused on data-center/AI campuses. I prepare and produce the preliminary site-diligence and conceptual engineering that moves sites from “interesting” to execution-ready and I also build the brochures and flyovers that accelerate internal approvals. Final engineering, permits, and stamps are completed with the buyer’s A/E/EPC. Recent effort: the Grenada AI & Energy Campus (BTM private-wire A/B, low-water CHW with WQP reuse, quad fiber entries, incentives coordination).
