Acquisition Summary: Sand Capital is seeking to acquire opportunistic retail properties throughout the United States. We are an all cash buyer and able to make very quick decisions to the benefit of sellers. We aim to close all transactions within 30 to 45 days after submittal of an LOI.

Criteria: Retail including strip centers, power centers, grocery anchored centers. In addition, we specialize in leasehold interest, non-performing notes and short-term single tenant assets.

Locations: Nationwide with an emphasis in the Midwest and Southeast.

Ideal Price Point : $2-20MM
